We’ve guided them through the process of defining and launching their purpose, which involved global engagement and a roadshow. Using the insights from the launch and follow on conversations, we facilitated the design of a bespoke strategy to embed purpose in their organisation, from communications, business strategy and policies, leadership behaviour and systems.
The purpose work and launch has delivered the highest ever engagement scores for the business. Without central direction, new initiatives are being started in different business units and offices around the world to embed the purpose. The client is committed and is currently investing in building a new team to further embed the purpose in the business, reporting directly to the COO, with the CEO part of the Steering Committee.
